At IZONE, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your IZONE account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
